Shipping Policy

Shipping Guidelines

Shipments to the Contiguous U.S.

SoParts.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and ship your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your parts within 4-5 business days. We use UPS shipping for all orders in the continental US.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii

Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via UPS Air and arrive within 7 business days.

APO/FPO Addresses

Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

Shipments to Canada

Your order will be shipped via UPS. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Please note that you are responsible for custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your SoParts.com invoice. All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover transportation cost both ways. This amount is non-refundable.

International Shipments

Your order will ship via UPS from our facilities. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. It is important to note that you are responsible for custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your SoParts.com invoice. All refused shipments will be charged accordingly to cover shipping cost both ways. This amount is non-refundable.

 

Shipping Procedures

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is sent after the first UPS scan and will be issued for each order shipped. You can check the status of your order anytime by calling 1-888-793-4988.

Shipping in Multiple Packages

If your order includes multiple products, they may ship separately and at different times. So we can deliver your products to you as efficiently as possible, available items are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know which products have been shipped in your order.

Tracking Your Order

You can check the status of your order anytime by calling 1-888-793-4988. We will also keep you updated on your order status via email.

Delivering Your Package

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Saturday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Sunday, or holidays. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). Most items are available to ship in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
